Meet Laura

I started Power Coaching to help professionals and entrepreneurs during  transitions because I've been through career change several times over my more than 20-year corporate tech and telecommunications career working in Mexico and Silicon Valley.  I needed extra support and a different perspective during those crucial times to explore and map out my next steps. 

 

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I hold a BA from UC Santa Barbara and a diploma from D1 Executive Program, IPADE Monterrey.  I worked and raised a family in Mexico and now reside in San Jose, California with my husband and two sons.  I combine compassion, focus and mindfulness to provide my clients with support and tools to act on their purpose and passions and stay motivated and healthy during uncertain times.
