  • Experience teaching diversity-focused mindful classes to at-risk youth at San Mateo Juvenile Detention Center

 

  • Led yoga and meditation classes at non-profits, including Proempleo, Mexico City and Be The Change Yoga in San Jose, California​

  • On-line and in-person classes

  • English and Spanish
